We've added a responsibly-farmed, certification-documented salmon line to the catalogue, portioned to spec, cold the whole way.
We're pleased to confirm a new Atlantic salmon line is now landing regularly in Addis Ababa, farmed in the cold waters of Norway and Chile, processed and flash-frozen in certified Vietnamese facilities (ASC and BAP documented), and imported to Ethiopia from Vietnam, so it arrives as premium as the day it was cut.
Built to spec, as always
The line is available as whole sides or even-weight portions, skin-on or skinless, pin-boned to your standard, with your choice of glaze. Every consignment carries its certification and cold-chain record.
