Ethiopia has no coastline, and its lake fisheries are under growing pressure, while demand from hotels and restaurants keeps rising. Consistent, quality fish was hard to get, and harder to trust.
So we went to the source. Our whitefish is farmed in the Mekong Delta; our salmon in the cold waters of Norway and Chile, processed in certified Vietnamese facilities, then imported to Ethiopia from Vietnam. Every product is traceable to its true origin.
